A pharmacist reviews it
A registered Australian pharmacist confirms everything is in order — within one business day, usually much faster — then it is dispensed.
Delivered to your door
Once it is ready we text you to finish up, then send it by tracked post — packaged plainly and discreetly.
Before you start
Finding your code.
When your prescriber writes an electronic prescription, you get an SMS or email with a code (sometimes a link). That’s all we need — paste the code or the whole link, whichever is easier.
Got a paper prescription instead? We can start from a photo, but by law the original must reach the pharmacy before your medicine can be supplied — we’ll walk you through posting it to us.
